Prospective Students

Thank you for your interest in Boston Collegiate Charter School (BCCS)!  Our school is currently in our 22nd year. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to prepare each student for college.

Our lottery for the 2019-2020 school was held on Tuesday, March 10th, 2020.  Please log in to your Schoolmint account to see your child’s number and to read more information about enrolling if they were selected via the lottery.  All families (except those already enrolled) must reapply each year to be part of the lottery.  We no longer roll over our lottery lists.

We are providing virtual school tours during our school closure.  Please see below.

Please reach out to Teresa Rodriguez, Director of Family and Community Relations, with any questions at TRodriguez@bostoncollegiate.org or (617) 282-6710, ext. 1121.

About Our Lottery

Siblings of current students are offered first preference in our lottery.  Birth certificates or adoption/guardianship documents are required prior to our lottery.  Please forward those to Teresa Rodriguez, Director of Family and Community Relations.

Residents of the city of Boston are offered second priority.  Typically, we do not have room to accept students who reside outside of the city of Boston.  Proof of residency is required. BCCS abides by the state McKinney Vento Act, which allows homeless students or children who have lost their housing have the right to immediate enrollment in school even if they do not have the documentation usually required to enroll.
