The Edward M. Kennedy Fund at Boston Collegiate Charter School (BCCS) was launched in 2009 by Judith and Mark Siegel and is dedicated to the memory of the late Senator to honor his lifelong commitment to equal opportunity and social justice with access for all who so aspire to the American dream of upward mobility through education. The Fund provides awards of up to $750.00 to BCCS alumni and students to ensure that the opportunity of college is not impeded by financial disadvantage.
BCCS’s young professionals Board, the Collegiate Council, oversees the Fund, including the administering the application process and fundraising. Please check back soon for more information about the Collegiate Council’s 2018 annual fundraiser benefiting the Edward M. Kennedy Scholarship Fund.
